Is that Ranton release? Darui's Storm release, the black lightning.

OR

Is it an Enton Chidori? A Mixture between Lightning and Enton releases.

Is it a Senjutsu enhanced Chidori?

Sasuke doesn't have water element or the sage's senjutsu. It's probably a mix of enton, chidori and hagoromo's yin chakra.
