A question about Sasuke

Madara takes control of Kyuubi than uses him against Hashirama.

Madara even when Kyuubi isn't under his Sharingan control shows the ability to call on Kyuubi but the seal on Naruto prevents it.

Madara says '' It appears you haven't captured Kyuubi'' The only reason his summoning failed is because Kyuubi is sealed in a Jinjuuriki, otherwise he has confidence that he can summon it. At least thats what I get from what he said.


Now comes the question.. Can Sasuke summon the bijuus which aren't sealed in a host the way Madara attempted since he put them under his control once?

Madara formed a sealing contract with Kurama during the time he controlled him with the Sharingan. Because during his Hashirama fights, I remember him summoning the Kurama with a sealing contract, and the same with Obito.

Another question can Bijuu's be destroyed, i mean wasn't it established (long time ago) that no matter what you do to them they will just appear somewhere else (will always exist one way or another). So what the hell was Sasuke talking about ??

Well that's certainly a thought, perhaps sasuke had a certain method, for example Edo tensei was said to regenerate no matter what until TSBs negated this saying. It wouldn't make sense too but I suppose I can understand the reason.

Well from what we understand, Hagoromo split the Juubi into Nine Parts, with probably the CreationOfAllThings.

I doubt the Rinnegan has the power to destroy the Tailed Beasts, because in turn that would also mean there is a power to destroy the Juubi. If that was the case, then, there would not be a need to seal it.

Reason being that in traditional contract summoned may decline the call like gamabunta once did while the other is forced teleportation of object, but who knows

they're made of chakra that has always been apart of NV and can never cease to exist, they either be one (Juubi) or the nine different entities Hagoromo made them.

and "sealing" is NOT destroying that is if Sasuke can alone preform such a seal.

Just because you have a scan with saying 'summoning technique' it doesnt end it yet.
He could yell w/e however, in this scan and in madara's summoning, blood which is a must in traditional summoning technique has not been used.

Lets take pein bodies and specifically that one with summons.
Blood hasnt been used, markings visually the same, yet dead bodies of humans and animals been summoned all over via simple chakra presence of same user in all of them.

What we practically got is FTG but with markings of a regular summoning technique
