Why does Madara say Perfect Susanoo is his strongest technique when it is an EMS technique? He now has Rinnegan, and Rinnegan>EMS.

I was going by hype, since the Rinnegan was said to be the ultimate dojutsu and the eyes of the SO6P. Also, the Rinnegan can read more of the tablet then the EMS can.

People Rinnegan's technique created the Moon and you think its over hyped. Madara has shown very few of Rinnegan's abilities who knows how big his ST ot CT will be.
