Madara can use susanoo but to unlock it user need amaterasu and Tsukuyomi so if he has both so why he always loosing to hashi, he could use his genjutsu or amaterasu

Plot no jutsu is how he lost....common sense tells you fire>wood. And the manga tells you activate susano'o you need tsukuyomi and Amaterasu however we have yet to madara execute either of these even during his ass raping against the 1st hokage when either could changed the battle for him

You need to awaken Mangekyo Sharingan to get some new techniques(also you need both eyes) When you awaken Mangekyo Sharingan you get Amaterasu, Susanoo, and Tsukuyomi.

He doesn't need Amaterasu nor Tsukuyomi because Rinnegan Madara > Hashirama. U_U
