A question about madara

Ok now please don't flame me...
is PS an EMS tech or even uchia tech

Clearly madara had his rinnigan active when he used it
And he clearly had to switch up when he wanted to use either dojutsu

So why do the uchia/madara meat heads still claim tht as an uchia tech or EMS tech they also seem to think sasuke will get this tech or already got it witch is 0.0 I keep reading on other threads tht sasuke has ps without legs 0.0.....

Anyway my point of this thread is for someone to please show proof that it is an uchia tech or EMS tech because the proof I keep seeing points it to be a rinnigan tech but it only can be used by a person that was formally an uchia or had the sharigan before attaining the rinnigan... I think it's a tech that can only be used by uchia's after attaining the rinnigan so tht would tech make it a rinnigan tech (but just alloy for uchia's) what do u think guys :/???

to awaken the PS you need senju cells aswell as the rinnegan i believe, but yes it's a technique mutated from the EMS>Rinnegan. on top of that the user has to have the dojutsu in both eyes.

Tht what I was saying its a rinnigan tech yes but it is reserved for uchia's who attain it only
Seeing how EMS ms u get the Susanno and as u fight with it the more it evolves
But to get ps u need to evolve ur eyes (if u had the sharigan) to rinnigan
Thus making it a rinnigan tech

Also meaning that madara didn't have ps when he faught hashirama
