A question about Kurama and the Bijuu

So Im hearing people making versus threads pitting Kurama ALONE against the other 8 Bijuu, but I was damn sure that in the manga (At some point during Naruto learning the Bijuus' names) Son Goku scolds Kurama for being a douchebag and claims that the number of tails does NOT detirmine the power of the beast.

My question being, am I mistaken in thinking I read that? because I was pretty sure but upon looking for that panel, i couldnt find it. OR is there some other reason for people assuming that Kurama is so much stronger than the others or even all of them combined.

it isnt determind by the number of tails but kurama is strongest according to the wiki and ifits tbb could take on 6 others together i think it is the strongest

Remember tht naruto power is combine with kurama power tht why his tbb can take on 6tbb but if it wasnt for naruto power he wont take 6tbb but he will take atleast 3tbb..
