A question about Izanami

Suppose that two Uchihas have the ability to perform Izanami. Now the question is this: if Uchiha A performs Izanami on Uchiha B, can B perform Izanami on A in the loop that B has been trapped?

I'm pretty sure the first one to hit the other with his would win. Take Kabuto for example. Itachi trapped him in his Izanami, but no matter what he did or what he used, it didn't change a thing, since Itachi was in complete control at that time.

no, it wont work, cos the uchiha in the izanami is an illusion. its like using genjutsu on a bunshin, has no effect on the original. so first uchiha to use izanami wins, thats what i think

on the small chance that they both use izanami at the exact same time then both will be trapped in a loop until they accept their fate

i think that the first one to cast it will trap Uchiha b, then uchiha b will cast it but does not know that uchiha a had already done it, making uchiha b think that uchiha a is in the izanami but in reality will never escape. uchiha b will just live in a genjutsu world but it will not repeat events like kabuto is doing right now.
