My name is Melodias(in character). I am pretty new to this form of RP though I have been on this site for a while. As for my purpose it would probably be to learn how to craft my skills in a way that will truly satisfy me and to have fun exploring this world that so many other Shinobi enjoy.

Very good. You've been excellent so far. Add cold/cool to the list though there are instances where we have hot water or gelatenous water, but that entire changed the property of water in its purest form.
So tell me the natural and narutoverse interaction of water with
1. Fire
2. Wind

Giving me reasons why it is so with examples if you have any. For the NV interaction, you can give me KGs that is a combination of water with the elements to support your claim.

Fire and water forms steam which is what gives us steam release.
Water and wind. Well a freezing wind can freeze water forming ice. Wind and water gives us steam release. Wind can also increase the power of water techniques which gives us rain release.
Earth absorbs the impact of water which is why Earth> Water, but water also nurtures the ground giving us the Shodaime Hokage's famous Mokuton.
Water conducts electricity and Suiton combined with Raiton creates storm release.

Water+Wind: Water is liquid, wind is gas. Due to the property of wnd, wind can make the water colder, can break down water into smaller molecules to cause fog and aerosols
Water+Fire: Though water douses fire due to it been void of oxygen which is essential for combustion, but we can not forget the fact that the heat from fire is able to relate with water and alter its properties. Like water becoming hot and even breaking down into smaller molecules albeit still hot, like vapour and steam for example. Hot water and normal water, which one is lighter and which one is heavier? All this can be put into consideration when combining water with elements and can be useful when making customs etc.
Water+Lightning: Electrified water, sometime, heated water since electric current generates heat too.
Water+Earth: Mix water and soil and then you have mud
NOW for NV interaction.
Water+Wind: SUiton and Futon and we have Ice Release and sometime, rain is associated with water and wind.
Water+Fire: Same as natural relativity, we have steam and vapour, Boil too
