. I figured i would post it here so for those people who didn’t catch it, so i can get peoples opinions.
“”I think I have figured out a few MAJOR SPOILERS with what is happening with Sasuke and possibly near the end of Manga. I have also included my theory of Tobi. Please excuse the looseness of my theories, but, to try and guess specific situations or circumstances of unrevealed chapters is just silly.
Here goes.
Firstly, I will briefly outline my theories about Tobi. I think that Tobi, is a Ying Yang release of Madara. I think that he is using a Uchiha body as a vessel, and keeping it alive with Hashirama’s cells. This could be wrong, he could just be another character. Possibly Izuna or possibly Kagami Uchiha are my guesses. One thing that has become clearer potentially in the last few chapters is that Tobi is using Obito’s right eye. If you would like to read about my reasoning for this, scroll up to my post about it.
Now, onto the more interesting stuff!!
The scroll given to Sasuke by Suigetsu includes some thing about the Deathgod. I don’t know what, but I believe Sasuke will either goto the Deathgod’s realm, or revive the dead from its belly in some way. It would make sense that Orochimaru would have been studying this so he could retrieve his arms. This is why it was hidden away in his hideout.
Sasuke is going to meet the previous Hokages and find out the truth about various things. What really spurred Sasuke’s interest in this was seeing Tobi in Itachi’s memories.
He will find out about the history of early Konoha, why it was formed and what kind of person Marada was to defect and do the things he did. He will gain Minato’s knowledge about what really happened with the 9 tails attack on Konoha and I’m sure he will ask the previous Hokage’s a few questions too. There is so many reasons Sasuke would want to talk to the previous Hokages and so much knowledge he could gain from them.
For whatever reason, Sasuke needs Orochimaru to help with this. I wouldnt be surprised if Sasuke is going to use Orochimaru as a sacrifice in some way, but we’ll see.
I will now tell you the MAIN reason I think this is what is in the scroll, and also why i think this is where Sasuke is going. When you read this it will blow your mind:
As it stands, to me it is obvious the 10 tails will be revived, at least in a partially complete form. We know that there is no one that can defeat it, Kurama himself said his power pales in comparison. HOWEVER, we all keep forgetting this: the Yin half of the 9 tail’s chakra is sealed inside the Deathgod!!
It’s hard to theorise the specifics, but I think i have worked out some key MAJOR plot points…
This is my prediction for the end battle of Naruto. Bare in mind that it’s obviously impossible to predict the exact circumstances of the story line 10-20 chapters ahead, but hopefully when you read this, it will all make sense.
When Sasuke goes to meet the previous Hokages I think that he will meet the Yin half of the 9 tails, and he might possibly gain control of it as a Uchiha. Sasuke, having met the Hokages and revealing many truths about the Uchiha clan and the 9 tails attack on Konoha will gain hatred for Tobi and Madara. Tobi lied to Sasuke about his involvement in the 9 tails attack and also about his involvement in the Uchiha clan massacre. Sasuke will remain an avenger, but his hatred will turn to Tobi and Madara, because they were the true instigators of the Uchiha’s downfall.
Sasuke, with the other half of the Kyuubi’s chakra in his possession, will either combine with Naruto in some way, or give the rest of the Kyubi’s chakra to Naruto to make the 9 tails complete and to defeat the 10 tails.
I really think that Sasuke will end up sacrificing himself for Naruto for this to happen. This will make the Uchiha name infamous as the clan that made the sacrifice to save the world, while simultaneously making Naruto the hero who saved the world. Itachi will finally have his wish and Sasuke will die with a smile on his face.
This theory just seems to natural and seems to be to flow so perfectly in a way that will bring Sasuke and Naruto together in the end.

I also made a revisions/adjustments in other comments I made in the thread.
To revise the last bit, I think it will be revealed that when a Uchiha is in control of the 9 tails it will increase its power. Sasuke will probably have the Rinnegan by then and combine the 9 tails’ chakra with Naruto, making the Kyubi extremely powerful.
I may put out my second prediction if this thread goes well.
