If Kaguya is NOT the final villain, I'm guessing this is the way Madara can survive.
Remember when Madara used Obito to cast Rinne Tensei the first time? Obito trolled everyone by looking like he was done for, but then, he absorbed the Ten Tails.
Now, the exact same thing may happen. Naruto and Sasuke attack Madara, and Black Zetsu controls Madara to grab the duo and absorb a part of their chakra, and somehow absorbs Kakashi's and Sakura's chakra. Then, the Shinju spreads from Madara's body, gaining a form similar to when Obito released it. However, since it contains everyone's chakra, since everyone is in the IT, and Madara absorbed the chakra of the rest who were not affected by it, a new Sacred Fruit appears. Just when Black Zetsu is about to revive Kaguya using the power of the Sacred fruit or something on those lines, Madara uses a chakra arm to grab it and eats it, trolling the shit out of Kaguya and BZ, thus gaining the most powerful power-up.
Yeeeah, I know this is unlikely. Kaguya's probably getting revived and she'll increase the authority of females in the series.
