Sasuke was EMS Sasuke before he got the powerup from Hagoromo. It gave him the Rin'negan and a yin seal in his palm (if you disagree with what was given I will need a scan) while naruto got RSM which enhanced his reactions, CQC, his fighting ability in general as well as access to all the Bijuu Chakra. Now in the final fight Naruto should have ulitimately destroyed Sasuke and be wayy above him. Look at what he did here

Yeah Sasuke got powerups as well, like MS and EMS but none of these equal to the power and life (because it saves his body from dying unlike what EMS and MS does for Sasuke) the kyubi gave to Naruto which he's had since he's a kid, now how is it that in the end the most he could have done was stalemate against Sasuke is it becase:

Naruto at best could only stalemate with Sasuke despite all his power because he's only equal to him as the author has been saying

(B)

Sasuke's skills and abilities are just so great that he could keep up with and even pressure naruto without having his CQC abilities, speed and physical strength tweaked or altered because he's just that much of a beast.

Zzz How is Naruto going to kill Sasuke when Sasuke can counter all of Naruto's moves, his entire technique list as shown in the MANGA. Naruto was holding back against Sasuke and Sasuke was pressuring him then Sasuke went on to use the Bijuu chakra to make a final attack that's when Naruto had to use all his chakra + the Natural energy to counter it. You have no scan that he didn't go all out and naruoto was at 100% but only stalemated, well that's if you actually read the fight right through.
