question about this anime i actually dont pretend to read the 600 and something manga chapters or watch the 500 episodes, i am just curious on how did the main character (Luffu) get the scare of his chest and the scare below the eye????

Luffy's scar with two stitches underneath his left eye was earned by stabbing a knife under his eye to show Shanks that he was tough.
He was severely wounded by Akainu in the Whitebeard War, leaving a large X-shaped scar on his chest (by a (literally) magma fist).
