What do Oro means by a new wind? He speaks to Katsuyu and Lady Tsunade about a new wind? Orouchimaru never ceases to amaze me. I believe his parents and the Village as a lot to do with his hatred toward Konoha. Konoha probally was reponsible of Orhcimaru's parents or maybe even clan.

Oro already explained what the new wind was. It's just "which path Sasuke will take".

It was just a metaphor for the different paths each shinobi takes that change the world.

New wind is him referring back to the original naruto. In that, oro was going to be "the wind that moved the windmill of destroying the leaf village", well now he is waiting and seeing if sasuke will be that wind

Windmill is shinobi sistem... Without wind ( war/ bad shinobys ) This sistem wont work. In past Orochimaru was Wind now he just spectator and he thinks that Sasuke will be new wind and he will make this sistem work. This mean he think Sasuke will fight and make job for shinobi !

I highly doubt he had a clan, could be wrong. But I'd also not believe that Orochimaru's parents were killed off by the village. He could blame the village for their deaths, somehow, but the village PROBABLY weren't directly responsible.
