A new Tobi ID theory I've been right before

Aright I'm new and actually I only made an account because I have not seen this theory around before, and I've believed this for the longest time and I've been right in my predictions before so figure I should start sharing my ideas.

So my theory behind who or I should actually say what the masked man tobi is.
It's been my belief that the masked man is actually a white zetsu. Maybe a white zestu that transformed into madara but a zetsu all the same.
if you look at the chapters where he fights danzo's goons and he rips his own arm off you can see what looks like some kind of goop.
The same thing happens in the chapter when minato attacks him and his hand flys off.
It would make sense considering how long he's been around and why he kept his other sharigan hidden, because like kakashi, he can't turn them off.
The original madara must have realized he could not infuse the first hokages DNA into himself but he learned to create these zetsu and simply transplanted sharigan into it. And had it learn Izanagi for him(madara).
I can continue to expand on my theory but I'll let you take this in first then just ask any question you may have.

It actually makes a lot of sense if you think about it. But my questions are; if Madara taught Tobi Izanagi, why didn't Tobi use it to bring him back when he died? Izanagi as far as we know turns imagination into reality right? So if Madara did infact create Tobi, why wouldn't he use Izanagi to revive Madara at his time of death? Really good theory though, I will be watching out for this 'potential' twist.

Anyone who´ve seen forneverworlds theory knew about this theory and i speculated thsi ever since tobi ripped his arm off, against root members and minato.

If tobi is a white zetsu why there isn't an army of tobys? It may be a zetsu body but with someone else mind and abilities.
