Hey guys, so recently I remembered an excellent point someone mentioned about what sakura symbolizes in the series. As you may or may not know sakura represents the village's perspective of both naruto and sasuke, and for that reason her and sasuke's relationship may not be as far fetched as many assume. While naruto's original struggle involved being accepted and acknowledged by the village, sasuke struggled with becoming more open to the idea of love and acceptance in his life as well not acknowledging the role that the village played in his life. So it probably isn't too farfetched to assume that the relationship between sasuke and sakura is indicative of a form of reconciliation with the village as well as acceptance and understanding of who they are as people and the benefit of having them in his life. So perhaps it's less about "sasusaku" and more about him and how he saw the village as a whole.

With that being said, does this change your perspective about sasuke's relationship with sakura at all?? I'm not attempting to convince anyone of anything but I am curious about what people think when they take the previous point into consideration.

Sakura symbolizes all the women that think the kitchen is beneath them and want to go out in the world and do a mans job but fail utterly.

It's simple,Sasuke cared for team 7,but left the village once he put revenge above everything, and had hatred, and he rejected them. Now he's finally opened up to them, which means he accepts their friendship and deosn't deny it.

It's not hard to understand but i can see why stupid people would end whinning about stuff.

Because they're stupid.

Because they're stupid.

Or because they are not as passionate about Naruto as you.

I agree with this. Sasuke desperately tried to sever his bonds before, but now he sees them as valuable, so y wouldnt he appreciate a girl that has been through hell for him.

Right now its appreciation and eventually that blossoms into love.

Well maybe if people actually looked into the evidence of this pair then maybe it would make more sense than it does in this way. In anyway this just gives people the right to call her plot device more than anything else.

Yeah but doesn't that only prove what the other person said?? He couldn't sever his bonds thus he chose to reestablish them with the village (sakura).

Honestly..I think she is..she's just there to represent the village.

But she isn't the village. She could be a part and represent it but she's not the village itself. She's a character not the place in the story the plot revolves around to.

Sasuke never cared about the village though....and even now I think he is only protecting it for Naruto and Kakashi... Tbh, I have already known long ago that Sakura would be the one to help Sasuke bridge his relationship with the village, but I won't admit that she is a plot device. Especially since it was stated that that she was one in a filler episode.

Nope, I will always try to look at each character except kiba with respect

Alpha was my first username
Alpha nicknamed Genesis (Alpha and the Omega)
Hence alpha: the origin

Flawz is the only one that still calls me that though
