5.6 on the richter scale, at least 7 people are known to be dead so far. It happened 16 km south of the town of Van, it's the same area which about two weeks ago also suffered an earthquake, taking more than 600 lives and destroying many homes. My condolences goes to these unfortunate fellow humans.
