Considering Fu is from Takigakure it's possible that Kakazu could've captured her considering they're from the same village. If it's not Kakazu then I could see either Konan or Zetsu being the likely candidates since they've never captured a Jinchuuriki as far as we know.

I still cannot even fathom why we're getting this arc now. The manga is over, just carry on with the canon. Save all these specialty filler arcs for after the canon, it'll give more of a nostalgic feeling that way AND they can focus all of their resources into making the best canon episodes [quality wise] that they can make and then pool their resources into making the best filler specials they can make. Its a win win scenario if they just finish the canon, but now we have to be interrupted yet again for this nonsense.

I agree fully. There's no point in messing around with fillers right now. He manga is over so there no reason to keep doing fillers. Finish the canon material then start working on specials and the like. It's pretty annoying to put fillers in the middle of a story essentially at its climax. Anime is the only place this kind of crap is considered acceptable.

The general idea is that the arc will end in 3 months, because the new Opening & Ending season starts on April 02. Perhaps a couple episodes early, to re-establish the story beucase ending the next season.

None of that is verified, but it's more like common sense.
