Naruto and Sasuke would defeat Madara, but only if they fought together. Madara's induvidual power is indeed greater than theirs, though - especially if you add the power increase he got from Infinite Tsukuyomi and being the Jinchuuriki of the Ten Tails.

So the list would actually be correct in putting Madara ahead of them in my opinion.

Sakura>Ino is easy to say in terms of their induvidual power as well, due to her enchanced strength, summoning(remote healing) and ability to use the Byakugou seal.
On the other hand, Ino might beat her in team fights because she can work with Ino-Shika-Chou and use the mind-body switch to incapacitate much stronger foes, not to mention the mental communication that's been going on between everyone since the war started.
