I want to share a very heart touching story about a mother’s love for her child. It is quite famous in my country. Yeah I did not write it, well here it goes
Once there lived a mother with her child. Her husband died early so it was up to her to take care of the baby. She worked day and night but as the child grew he never tried to understand his mother. He was always asking money. Many times she sold her blood just to make her son smile but he never treated her like a mother.
After few years, the boy fell in love with a girl. However the girl was attracted towards money and fame so she never cared about him. And the boy began to be angry with his mother for not earning enough money.
Finally he proposed her one day and the girl asked him what he could give her. The boy relied he could give anything to her. Now the girl thinking of getting rid of him asked him to bring his mother’s heart. The boy was so into her and said “Wait I will bring it” and goes home. The boy’s mother was nearby and heard everything.
As soon as he gets home, he asked his mother what she could do for him. The mother smiles and said “You are my son, you are my life. Just ask I can give my life for you.” As soon as she finishes her speech, the boy asked her to give him her heart. The mother happily stabbed a knife herself and died with a smile.
The boy then takes out her heart. Feeling happy that finally he can be with the girl, he ran to her place. But he sees her with another man with a shiny car and soon finds out that the reason for her asking the heart.
The boy now becomes so sad and returns. On the way he trips on a stone and falls down along with the heart. A voice comes from the heart “Son! Are you alright? Are you hurt?” The boy now finally realizes what he had done. He could never realize how much his mother loved him. He cried so hard so bad shouting “Mother! Mother! What have I done!.......... What have I done! “
