Everytime an Uchiha is missing and presumed dead he turns out alive

Madara presumably died in his battle with Hashi, no body found, he was alive afterall

Obito presumably died under a rock, no body found, was infact alive all this time

Shisui presumed to have been killed by Itachi, body is missing/stolen?, could he be alive then?

he has no backstory unlike obito so he is most prob. dead for being irrelevant, Shisui and his eyes have been mentioned dozen of times in
this arc by tobi, itachi, kabuto, etc complete with Itachi and Shisui flashbacks

i thought she was buried in konoha, kakashi visits her grave, and its a grave not a memorial like memorial stone kakashi carried her corpse back so the mist ninjas wouldnt get it which seemed important to them

Kabuto said its missing thats why he cant Edo Tensei Shisui

Guess ANBU is slacking of.. or the people who is sent too clean out the bodys like the mist villages Hunting-nin... wasnt a ninja body full with secrets that had too be protected??
