Since Naruto is the only one who learned Sage mode and has the body and stamina and chakra for it ...
I think ONLY NARuto has it.. Its like they all have the cloaks , but he is the only one who learned Rasengan .

Well it was him at first but Naruto took over after that and adjusted it fully for everyone, I'm sure now that SM and BM are mixed it would give them a mixed cloak as well, which should enhance their attacks even more then just the Kurama Cloak and also had SM Chakra into their attacks meaning they can harm Obito.
