Kimimaro in sig. Since the range wasn't specified, let's start in short range
------------
I start by tossing a few kunai in your direction. The kunai are not aimed directly at you, but aimed to land within your general vicinity. Some of the kunai will land in front of your feet, others will land a few feet to your left and right sides, meanwhile some others will land a bit farther back in your left and right blind spots. Each kunai has an explosive tag skillfully wrapped around the hilt in such a way that they are hard to notice. The kunai all stick in the ground at the same time and the instant they do, the notes explode all around you. As a result of the explosions, the earth is turned up and dug out -- the dirt, dust, and rubble that's flung up into the air temporarily clouds your vision of me and mine of you, though I can still see your silhouette.
Simultaneous to the explosions, I create a few rock pillars that protrude from the ground behind you and skewer you. Because of the sound and the vibrations created by the explosions, you would neither hear nor feel the shifting of the earth around you and would therefore be completely unaware of the presence of the spikes.
(Doton: Ganchūsō) - Earth Release: Stone Spikes
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: This technique lets the user create a few rock pillars that will protrude from the ground to skew the target. The rock pillars will even pass through obstacles to reach their target if these are less dense. The pillars/spikes can be done in any earthen surface, including other earth techniques of the user.
The Twins were approached by a rather odd looking guy with weird dots on his body. They were in short range something very deadly to the Twin. Bolin would assume the infamous Rock Lee stance with his gaze fixed solely on your entity. He'd react to your attack the very moment you strike - being well versed with the kunai approach he knew it was fishy. In a mere second, Sokka would retract his legs for Bolin's back side planting it firmly into the ground as Bolin lifts his own body backwards leaning on the stock support (Sokka's) performing a quick series of back flips. Although with the description it may seem like a slow action but it wasn't their first time, it'll be swift and accurate. The essence is to simply double the ground that a normal back flip could possibly cover in a short time. The moment your Kunai's explode and the dust, dirt and debris are lunged into the air (unaware of your stone spikes tho) ; Bolin would balance on Sokka's Legs roughly a few meters away from you (4m away from former position). With legs making contact with the ground, dust and debris cover, Sokka would instantly create up to 6 sharp pointed pillars (15mm) from behind your feet's to pierce through your legs(both) tearing and severing possible muscles and blood vessels it came in contact with, which would drastically disrupt your movement as the battle ensues on. (Doton No Jutsu) - Earth Release
Technique
Rank: D
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Descripton: Creates small pillars of
earth, small tools, and small shields of
earth
Edit - Short range is 5m, So I'm Like 9m away now.
When you start doing back-flips away from the kunai, I run after you and decide not to use the stone spikes as previously intended; instead, when the kunai detonate, I release a stream of wind that lifts you into the air where you remain helpless to be continuously pelted by the rocks and rubble created by the explosions. Because of the way you're lifted into the air and the way I ran after you, we are still within short-range of each other.
(Fūton: Kaze Iwa Rendan) - Wind Release: Wind Rock Barrage
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user creates a huge stream of wind that carries rocks and lifts the opponent into the air where the rocks hit them.
While you're distracted by the rocks thrown at you I remove my spine. With my spine being flexible as it is, I lash it in such a way that it wraps neatly around your right ankle.
Once the vine is wrapped around your leg, I simply follow through with the previous lashing motion in order to forcefully slam your body back into the ground a few meters in front of me. The position of your body when I send you crashing back towards the ground is such that your back is facing the ground, therefore you wouldn't be able to see that I've raised a set of stone spikes in the area where you're going to crash. You'll be skewered on my Earth Spikes before you can figure out what's going on.
(Tessenka no Mai Tsuru) - Dance of the Clematis Vine
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 35
Damage Points: 60
Description: The First half of Tessenka No Mai, the fourth of the five Kaguya Dance Forms. User removes their spinal column from their back to create a flexible yet extremely sharp bone vine. Because the vine is flexible, it can wrap itself around an opponent to rip them to pieces.

The entirety of my move is swift, each move skillfully performed one after the next with the finesse of someone who's used to the battlefield.
The stream of wind lifts Bolin up into the air but not helpless as a lady considering the rank of the technique. All he did was to cover his eyes by shaping his arm in an X fashion creating cover and preventing said debris from penetrating into his retinas. Sokka as alert as ever inside Bolin's body felt the spine latch around Bolin's feet and in a quick second, he retracts his hands a from the area the spine latches on to getting a good grip ; he simply channels his lightning chakra into the spine using the spine as a Lightning conductor to you channeling the whole charge into you (you sure were making contact) drastically evaporating your blood and total electrocution sets in which probably leaves you temporarily paralyzed in a matter of milli seconds. Bolin would create a bed of whirlwind beneath him a few metres from the ground to break his fall thus leaving him safe from the spikes as he lands perfectly before he walks to mid range prepared to take you on once you recover. (Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One
Thousand Birds Current
Rank: A
Type: Offense/Defence
Range: Short (Mid if channeled through a medium)
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A (+10 if used to boost weapon
damage)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate
non-focused electricity from their body. It can be
used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled
through weapons, the ground or other conductive
mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it
doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great
numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel
Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to
focus the technique into one of his hands which
will then be put in contact with the medium and
can only choose to either do a widespread attack
throughout his whole body or to channel it into
something; he cannot achieve both usages at the
same time. Despite not having much destructive or
damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to
destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures
and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high
ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also
been noted that Lightning Specialists that have
mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist
total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if successful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty.

to defend or attack an enemy.
Now this works. However, Nagashi does no damage so you can't evaporate my blood just by electrocuting me -- you'd just paralyze me and that's all. The pain it speaks of in the description is that of pins and needles as experienced with

. Additionally, lightning jutsu move much slower than regular lightning, so it would take more than a few milliseconds to reach me .-. And lastly, your back is facing the ground so you can neither see nor feel the formation of the spikes on the ground. Furthermore, the chirping sound of the lighting would cover any sound made by the formation of the spikes. You are completely unaware that there are spikes on the ground beneath you.
------------
Having expected you to use Nagashi, the instant I see you channeling lightning through my spine, I do the same thing, channeling my own Nagashi through the spine in such a way that our two jutsu cancel and nullify each other.

Simultaneous to my performance of the Chidori Nagashi, I pull on my spine even harder in such a way that it cuts into and lacerates your right leg/ankle and you fly into the ground even faster. You're now moving at a speed where you no longer have the time to release the gust of wind, especially considering how you should be distracted by the pain coming from your right leg. With this being my second turn performing this move, having already failed to defend against my move, you will be skewered indefinitely.
Bolin thought he could escape the latch with his earlier lightning technique but his opponent, however, was versatile and highly formidable to replicate same technique. With one swift handseal (you wouldn't notice tho) and full concentration of lighting chakra into his palm, Bolin would create a whip of lightning which he extends towards your entity to latch unto specific possible areas (head, neck, upper parts of the chest). Bolin would exhume the whole possible 10m on your body as the greatest shock of your life would be dished out to you. Whatever the case may be, Bolin still uses the Whip to forcefully draw Kimimaro near to him which subsequently sends him to your location, not completely but enough to escape said spikes however. Lightning Release Rai Whip (Raiton: Rai Kakuhan)
Rank: S
Type: Offense
Range: Short-Middle
Chackra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description The user will preform a single hand seal and concentrate a huge amount of
compressed chakra in his palm. As a result a very long whip will aprear and by concentrating raiton chakra the user is able to extend it up to 10m. The
whip is attached to the user's hand by little steams of lighting which allows the user to control the whip and send him wherever he wants. The jutsu will numb its target upon contact, however the user is very vulnerable to water attacks while using this jutsu...
* Can only be taught by PowerOfDarkness
* Can only be used 2 times per battle
* No S rank Raiton techniques for the same and following 1 turn.
Keep in mind that my wrecking your ankle and throwing you down faster was done simultaneous to my release of the Chidori Nagashi. Therefore, your right ankle is lacerated and your going to crash into the ground any second -- As the lightning whip comes towards me, I release my grip on my spine -- however you will still continue to fall without any change in your current momentum.
As I let go of my spine, I create a small pillar of earth that rises from the ground underneath my feet. The pillar rises on a low 30 degree angle towards me (and away from you). As it rises, I jump off of the pillar and land a few meters away from you. This action is not meant to avoid your lightning whip, but to buy me a few seconds to react by putting a bit of distance in between us.
While jumping off the pillar, I perform three quick handseals and create a Raikiri in my right hand. Then, as I land and your lightning whip closes in, I sway my right hand out in front of me in such a way so as to "cut" the whip, nullify it, and once again cancel your technique out with my own.

Rank: D
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20

Range: Short (Long if applied to a projectile weapon)
Chakra Cost: 40

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.
Considering that this is now the third turn that you are in the air, you will be skewered indefinitely. Realistically speaking, you can't do anymore techniques in the short time you'd be in the air as it would only take a few seconds for you to fall. No matter how you slice it, it doesn't take three turns to throw you.
