It was extremely long....I will not go into detail about what points truly stand out. I agree with most of this.... I do however feel Kaguya should be given the chance to display her worth before giving judgment. I feel we owe Kishi that much...maybe there is a method to his madness!? ^_^

It's less about Kaguya as a character (though so far her plans are dreadful) more her presence here at all. The interruption is gross and may/may not ruin this finale altogether.

Personally I think kishi is going down as the writer who went crazy right at the very end of the 15 year run.

Well....as always Numbers I respect your opinion.... Also I very much agree with the decline in the quality of writing in this story from Kishi. Actually...... I believe Kishi switches between writers. I actually have some evidence that may prove this to be correct.

I just haven't decided to make the thread yet, but I will. I have two good threads coming before this Manga ends...I feel everyone will like them. I just have to find some free time.

Well, I'm impressed with such dedication, writing such a long text about a plottwist/development in a manga. But I have to say many of the central arguments are as deep as a puddle and while it was well written, it was essentially the same kind of whining as in the rants of the less literate Madara-clowns on this base.

Critizising Kaguya for having no personality, no plan etc. is nonsense when she just has been revived properly 5 pages ago. When Edo Madara appeared during the war, we didn't know anything about his personality and plans either, considering the main villain up to then was the fake "Madara" Tobi. But after he met up with the now demasked Obito, it was explained how Madara was behind everything. Kaguya has just started, it is obvious we will get a TON of intel about her past, her plans etc. in the coming weeks/months.

It is true that Madara was a central element for quite a long time in the manga, but for most of this time, it was only Madara's fame used by Obito. Madara was dead. So, complaining that Madara was a central figure for such a long time and should have been the final villain is somewhat hypocritic considering, if you take this kind of measurements for the final villain role, Obito should be the more fitting one.

I commend OP for expressing his view of the story thus far in such an elegant and well-written manner and I completely agree with it in its entirety.

The sheer number of posters in this thread with nothing more intelligent or constructive to contribute to the thread than throwing around the term "butthurt" is nauseating.. seriously just leave if that's all you have to say. That term and the accusation is childish, in this case completely misdirected, and makes you sound like a complete and utter moron. For the posters that didn't even bother to read the entire OP or any part of it, your comments are worthless from the getgo, and you have no right to make any statement or accusation toward anyone because you are completely and willingly talking out of your ass.

I've only been on this site for like two weeks now but it annoys the hell out of me to see people constantly trying to stifle anyone who has anything negative to say about the manga, and no matter how much you want to cling to the idea saying "if you don't like it, don't read it" is not an intelligent nor a valid point of argument, you are basically saying the entire concept of criticism is pointless and people like you are the very reason why nonsensical works of fiction come to fruition in the first place and continue to perpetuate, even worse if you have the audacity to throw around the "you're taking it too seriously" card, we're not taking it too seriously, we're just agitated that we have to make such a commotion of things just to get a simple point across without being trampled over.

Every work of fiction has flaws (some much grander than others) and they deserve to be pointed out, and no matter how much you want to bury your head in the sand, pointing out these flaws does not make a person no longer a fan of said work. If anything it speaks the exact opposite because we care enough about the manga to want to see it through in a manner fitting the direction it started in and not to just continue being trashed into oblivion.

Well, the thing which you and others need to get their head around is that not everybody dislikes the way the manga is progressing. You call others childish for their behavior, but act as if it was an objective fact the latest development of the manga is flawed, while it's completely subjective...

Also you're assuming that alternative solutions couldn't be thought up to Kurama's origin and madara's goal. None of that ever means you have to physically meet the sage. You're still talking from within the confines of the manga Kishimoto wrote around this guy and his
Bland family.

Actually that's your assumption, I already know they maybe alternative solutions but that's why I said

Don't make "If you take out the Sage out the story then..." of thinking simple as it seems. Ever heard of the butterfly effect?

The butterfly effect is the phenomenon whereby a minor change in circumstances can cause a large change in outcome.

Taking out the Sage's will make the manga in a mess, has there is a lot connections already been established especially in regards to Madara. We already know that Madara was able to survive through Hashi dna but what extend his life was the Gedō Mazō. Then you to take into account his power upgrade he gain from the Rinnegan and the Juubi. I can go on and on like I can argue even in Nagato's case or how the Juubi came into being.

So yeah I have to argue my points from within the confines of the manga otherwise all my talk will be baseless like someone posts.

Criticizing a story is way too easy than writing one and there is a no perfect story as long as counterfactual thinking still exist. We can criticize it all we want but in the end we just have to suck it up and accept it as it is.

Orochimaru is my favourite character, but I will never do anything like this. I was upset that he got sealed by Itachi, but was making super long post about it going to bring him back? No.

I joined this site not too long ago and i'm seeing Itachi and Madara fanboys, it's crazy. Kaguya had one appearance and people are saying she's useless!

And how do people know Madara is coming back when Kaguya JUST appeared??? Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?
