Wow that guy cares way to much. I mean i love the manga as much as anybody else, but he is in the depths of obsession.

He abruptly turned the manga around in the end game and it’s rapidly becoming some bizarre ghost-family space-odyssey where the main themes of the story that have been with us since the Land of Waves are no longer relevant and where established characters that he doesn’t know how to handle anymore are literally just erased.

This alone explains the last year, or so, of this manga beautifully... Every established theme, ideal and just about everything else in part 1 has been thrown into the trash for a completely different kind of story. In about 50 chapters, kishi completely rewrote the theme of this manga. This manga use to have some Profound moments but now it's just some sci-fi adventure. I wonder if Kishi had a stroke recently?

Even Sasori is more relevant in development to main cast than Madara and Kaguya were, with all that White Fang/Sasori's parents beef.

Some people are unhappy.... not all.This is just a case of some people being butthurt because their character had a untimely end.

This,Madara fanboys are pretty hypocritical when it comes to their fave.Madara had no connection to any of the main cast at all just like Kaguya,in fact Obito would be a better final villain than the both of them.

..... Meh, I always considered the human tendency for mistrust and ideals of conquests and power the main 'villains' of the series. So I never concerned myself with the main villain throne, cos on the long term, Kishi always implied that the 'villains' suchs as Madara will always arise in a cycle. So only something Earth shattering can break the cycle.

PS That essay while may or may not have a some points, but it reeks of butthurt and never would have been written if Madara was not 'removed' ...... Sigh I always knew that this might happen like every other Icarus who flew too high.

Stopped at "gradual character development". That's nonsense. Kishimoto-senpai broke his own regularities over and over so Madara could achieve the power of his dreams. Actually, that's even worse than Kaguyas appearance in my opinion. And Madara will appear again. That's also pretty obvious.
Over two years ago I have read a good thesis about why Madara isn't the final antagonist of Naruto, but never mind.

However, I don't have a problem with Kaguya. If Kishimoto-senpai shows his true 'skills' and explains everything in a proper manner, I'm satisfied.
The time will show us whether or not Kaguya was a bad choice of the author.

Listen all of this is unnecessary because we all know that the final villain of the series is Sasuke who is a well-built-up character that would make a good fight and a good ending for the series, so I don't really care

Honestly? I read it and it was a very well written piece I totally agree with but....

I could literally take out the word 'Kaguya' and replace it with the word 'Madara' just as easily. Madara did the same exact thing to Obito and thus I have no sympathy for it and am not surprised or emotionally involved this time around.
