[Theory] A lot of the alliance may agree with Sasuke

Think about it this way... One third of the world just died probably. Given that an entire division was wiped out by Madara and that the tree slaughtered thousands... it stands to reason people are going to take exception with the TB.

Mankind just saw first-hand what the TB can do when they're gathered. Plus, a lot of people won't want to leave the mugen tsukuyomi to return to such a bleak reality. The ninja world will blame the TB for what happened, and agree with Sasuke's idea that they must be destroyed.

Ultimately only Naruto and maybe Hashirama believed that the TB were anything more than monsters. I'm not sure Naruto really would even be selected to be Hokage, either. He may be strong and trusted, but I think a lot of Konoha would decide for Kakashi to be Hokage.

I'm not sure the Kage will trust the TB either. We have nothing in the manga to suggest the nations won't go right back to distrusting each other and weaponizing the TB. Frankly speaking Sasuke is logically right. They are monsters, and the world is prolly better off if they are sealed or die.

Actually, I think after people return from infinite tsukuyomi, they will try to achieve everything they had in their dreams in a real world. They will have an idea how great it is to live in peace, and it will turn out to be their primary goal after returning.

During the war Naruto did everything to protect those people, I don't think anyone would have any disagreements with Naruto after that.

Kakashi might become 6th Hokage, but in any case Naruto will end up being Hokage (7th).

Well of course Kakashi would become Hokage before Naruto. Obito blatantly stated this. He's far more experienced in terms of leadership. And Naruto is still young. It seems like the only threads you make are ones that try to prove that Sasuke is a better candidate for Hokage and that his system is better than Naruto's. You're going to be pretty disappointed when the thing that has been foreshadowed in the manga more than anything else takes place though. No, I think the Kage may agree with Sasuke's views on the TB. Gaara wouldn't, but I doubt Ay would let Konoha take all 9 TB and the Rinnegan and Madara's body. It'd start another war for sure.
