Everyone is saying about Kakashi: "Oh, he's not a bad guy. He was in a genjutsu and killed Rin by accident. He is still awesome!"
Here's a little something about how human's work: If you are surprised by something (such as snapping out of a genjutsu to your hand impaling your love interest) your face does not instantly become soaked with tears. Key word there is SURPRISED. If anything he would have been shocked, not sobbing his eyes out immediately. That face, was the face of a man being forced to do something terrible, be it under his own volition or under the control of someone else's. What I'm saying is there was no accidental death here.

What do you guys think?

He's crying just like the day when Obito gave him the sharingan...Maybe thats because it's the affects of Obito connecting with it cause I find it weird that his other eye isn't showing tears.

Maybe Obito was under Madara's genjutsu and he showed him that as a way to get him to come back to him and agree to take part in the Moon's Eye plan. That is my personal theory behind it and I am sticking to it because Kakashi doesn't seem the type to just go and kill his friend. I believe Kakashi would've done everything he could to protect Rin as she was his friend and that was Obito's final wish to him.
