Is it expressly stated anywhere in the Manga or Databooks that Rinnegan are the eyes that brought forward all Ninjutsu..??
I'm making a Theory and I need to know if there's any info in the Manga or Databooks in this regard....

EDIT - I searched for it but on Narutopedia they say Rinnegan are the eyes that brought forward all Ninjutsu but in the Manga I find there's no express confirmation to this....

i think the sage with the rinnegan paved forth the way to use ninjutsu
and with the rinnegan the sage was able to perform all ninjutsu

I think Rinnegan unlocks all the chakra natures to the person using it. Kinda like a master key
