What I think is: His face is too red it needs some colors besides the red..meaning don't used the solid color put some shades of orange and yellow if you say it's a reflection of a flame jutsu. But It's pretty cool I give you that

he is right in a sense you need to be a bit more daring... but it needs me more dimension with some more shadows and highlights .... it looks quite flat ... get some refrences to copy 4rm xD
