A Little Concern of Kurama

Dubbed one of the most ferocious and enigmatic beast of all his peers, Kurama was a bad ass beast with zillions of energy. We can say all of the hatred and revenge chakra bourne with his thirst for blood waiting to explode anytime. But now, he was like a rehab boy from juve, can he produces more powerful hit compare to his old evil intents?

At this point I doubt that tailed beasts other than the 10 tails are walking masses of chakra and hate. Going to say that they are more like hornets nests that you just don't fawk with.

Plus if their power is determined by their tails or what ever the first hokages plan of giving villages equal amounts of power was failed from the begining. The hidden cloud had 2 jinjuriki, other villages had one theres no balance.

Thats y i thought coz here in NV, apparently the "hate" power is always more powerful than "love" power in a term of destruction, only talk no jutsu is comparable as their last resort.
