Obito. He has great genjutsu, fought equally with Kakashi in taijutsu and has juubi sized katon. Although his fighting style revolves mostly around kamui.

Hiruzen and Kakashi also deserve consideration but Hiruzen doesn't have any genjutsu feats and Kakashi doesn't really use genjutsu but he can defend against because of his sharingan.

He knew every jutsu in Konoha, that would include medical jutsu to some degree and there's no proof that he isn't a sensor. And Orochimaru has proven to be talented in every jutsu department, it's why his goal was to learn every jutsu.

Sasuke doesnt have self healing powers that we have ever seen so....theres no ninja besides Madara after absorbing SM hashi

Preta has shown some type of healing.. he also has hashirama's chakra and DNA.

I guess....its kinda iffy though.

Its a stretch since he doesnt reqally have hashi's pure cells and he canonically didnt heal himself in boruto when he was burned so hashi cells are ruled out, whether preta path heals is up for debate but it wouldn't make sense

You have no proof he didn't heal himself in the movie.
