That is not a fair Argument. Gaara would have a better chance against Sasuke than Deidara considering his Skill-set and Lighting stopping Deidara's bombs. I do agree Sasuke defeats Gaara.

Sasuke has the Sharingan, he has an automatic affiliation for strong genjutsu.

Sasuke proved to be smarter than Deidara and that's what won the fight, he outmanoeuvred Deidara and that's what counted.

And Genjutsu is the problem for Gaara, as the third eye is still connected to the optic nerve and he can still be caught.

well he did beat him .... and kishi is the writer of the manga so he knows what he's doing ....plus gara can't win against someone with great speed his sand can't keep up and as we know sasuke is fast enough to penetrate his sand

Sasuke would lose, but only due to the efforts of Onoki and Gaara. He could beat the other three together, or even Gaara or Onoki one on one, but all five is too much. He can't focus on all five of them at once. Of course, Kishi could change this in the upcoming chapters.

Nah he can't take em on. Since they have Tsunade now, their prowess goes up. Against Madara they had a lack of confidence and etc. They were the"kids", against Sasuke their confidence easily goes up since .. they have like 60+ years of experience on him.

you should have made this thread after Sasuke has shown some new tricks with his EMS. So far from what i have read the Kages would most likely defeat EMS Sasuke. Only until i've seen some new feats with Sasuke and his EMS
