Brilliant idea I must say and one of the few suggestions that can actually help to improve the site or the role play system as one might say but as people have mentioned not all sensei abide by the application thread that is to say not all of them takes in students by a thread some of them accept students on a whim or whenever they feel like they have some free time on their hands and even some of the senseis who have apps that are closed sometimes still accept student on a whim or through vistor messaging so the application thread link would not be a definitive answer to one search for training, I also think the issue of the sempais having their own respective training applications thread is not an issue as it is a known fact that their sensei oversee and monitor their trainings to ensure it is up to the level that is expected, but it seems the pros outways the cons in this suggestions as no harm can be done in implementing this and it would help newer members to find a sensei more simpler than them looking around endlessly. Also one can argue that the link to the sensei and sempai profile is enough as in most cases lets say 90% most sensei and sempais give information's on their training availability on thier profiles meaning they say if they are free or not and when they can take you as a student, further more most of them have thier applications threads linked on thier profile too making it simpler for one to get their desired/sought after training but nonetheless, its a good suggestion and in my opinion at the very least even if you limit it to sensei apps thread links its still very resourceful and could lessen the hassle/hurdles one has in getting a sensei to train him/her.
