Since Minato's gotten a buff, I'm going to go over what all of his abilities are and their applications. Who knows, you might find things about his abilities you weren't aware of before. This will be divided into 2 sections. Confirmed and Potential. Confirmed deals with abilities Minato cannonly has and the application that it definitely has given its nature. Potential will be my speculations for abilities that Minato might have and the possible applications.

Potential:
It goes to show that Minato was overpowered when he was alive as well.
Confirmed:
1. FTG:
This is the most obvious one. I don't need to get into much detail. Minato can mark whatever he touches and instantly teleports to it. He has kunais that contain his marks and can instantly attack marked enemies. This ability is potentially unpredictable since whatever he touches becomes a possible escape route or minefield. An enemy really has to watch his step when fighting Minato since they may end up in one of his teleportation spots. The kunais are useful for using FTG on the move and making him not limited to teleporting at designated areas.
2. Ransengan:
Minato is the inventor of the ransengan. Most consider it a weak jutsu, but it really isn't. It's a powerful jutsu.
Now here's the thing, Minato's ransengan is the size of Naruto's giant ransengan.
For the destruction feats, we saw that just by slamming it into the Itachi clone(not the ground) that the ground surrounding Itachi was crushed.

3. Speed and reflexes:
Minato is very well known in this category.
Minato had very good control over body flicker, which means he could use it quite well in battle. He was able to not only react, but make plans when Ay attacked him at full speed.

4. Summoning:
Minato can summon toads to a fight. The summoning itself can be a powerful weapon thanks to food cart destroyer. Toads are capable of powerful water-style techniques and can jump up to huge distances. This makes them not only powerful land summons, but air support.
5. Sealing:
Minato learned a large amounts of seals. One of the ones we have seen are Reaper death seal, which sacrifices ones life to seal one's soul/chakra inside of oneself. This guaranties at least a tie against almost any of Minato's opponents. He's also demonstrated reverse contract seals, which removes control over a summons.
6. Shadow clones:
There's the usual about them being able to give intel and that they multiply numbers, but there's more to it when it comes to Minato. He can teleport to his clones(although there's a delay). Clones are useful in the sense that while he fight enemies, they can move away and mark distant areas for escape.
7. Space-time barrier:
This enables Minato to teleport attacks away that he wouldn't be able to evade otherwise. This way, he's protected against even wide-ranged attacks.
8. Sensing:
Sensing makes it virtually impossible to sneak up on him, meaning combined with FTG, he's virtually untouchable.

The chakra transfer Naruto uses is the one that Minato used to put his chakra inside of Naruto.
This means that Minato can infuse his chakra inside someone by touching them or by touching their chakra since Naruto did it to Sasuke and Juugo through his chakra arms.
As we all know, Minato can teleport whatever his chakra is connected to. So in other words, with a single touch whether it be a ninja or their chakra such as a ninjutsu, Minato can infuse his chakra and can teleport to them at any time he chooses. This also means that he can even teleport his enemies to whatever spot he likes via kunai. So Minato controls where his enemies go as well.

It made Naruto who wasn't even able to react to Sasuke's body flicker to be able to outclass the 3rd raikage. Giving just how fast Mianto was, senjutsu would make him virtually impossible to hit. Enhanced reflexes makes it easier to respond to attacks via FTG. Durability is also increased.
Potential:
It's possible that Minato can seal edos with sealing jutsu or suppress chakra like the seal Jiraya gave Kakashi. It's possible that since he's a sealing master that he has seals that can restrain a target like Orochimaru or Hashirama.
Minato might also have acess to very large ransengans. After all, the fact that he has senjutsu confirms that he has massive reserves of chakra, so it's not unreasonable that he can make his ransengans huge. There's also the possibility that he invented sage art: massive ransengan. Jiraya's version with imperfect senjutsu, was said to be capable of hollowing out a mountain if it exploded according to the databook.
