TO me I belive there is a level beyond the Rinnengan and if you dont agree with me explain how the jubi got his eyes a mix of rinnengan and sharingn.The jubi's eyes went beyond comparison I belive not even the sage was as powerfull as it.

just because the so6p don't have it doesn't mean there isn't any jutsu.. he isn't the creator of everything.. he was a human like everyone else just was gifted with special abilities and power. he wasn't god.. he wasn't like the only person alive and created everything.

The person who will get it is whoever is going to be the Host of the Juubi.. Which is most likely either Naruto or Tobi..

I don't know if they will catch him but I do know that if they do somehow brinrg him back that only Naruto would be able to SEAL it with the Tori Seal which Kurama quickly associated with Kurama.
