I have seen many Uchiha fan lately does not even know anything about their own fav.
How can you wank a character and lacking too many information about that character ?
Fire release is Uchiha traits and that is their basic to manipulate fire. Every single Uchiha can manipulate fire because that is in their genetic and tradition to master it the moment they are born into Uchiha clan. Just like Huuyga, any main branch has to learn the very basic gentle fist because of their traits that allow them to do it much better than any other ninja. Fire release is so important as it was considered "The mind of Uchiha".
Not everyone can learn fire release nor gentle fist, but it can still be mastered by skilled ninja. But for Uchiha or Huyga, they can do it easily just because that is their traits. Just like you can easily hold scissers because you have fingers, but imagine if someone who doesnt have finger, it will be very difficult. Even some ninja who has fire as their nature element, but if their trait does not allow them to master it as easy as people with fire trait then it will be very difficult to master it.
For example, Sasuke has acquired sharingan + he was considered genius and he learned lightning elements from another genius. It took him a huge amount of time to master lightning compare to his diaper version "who at the time does not even have sharingan to see how chakra works or his knowlegde was limited to his older version"... That sound like diaper Sasuke beats grown up version + sharingan Sasuke.
The manga itself has already stated this in chapter "Sasuke and his father" very clearly. If you can not read the manga properly then go back and read it again, instead of making BS arguement to counter anything when in fact your arguement does not even make any sense at all.
