The second jutsu isn't really correct. That this jutsu is only short ranged should not matter much for it only divides incoming wind jutsus. If this happens on short range then it is good since they won't hit you lol. Also, I don't think you should try to combine it with any other element for it is not an attack, only a way to avoid being hit by your opponent's jutsu.

Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.

Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

Focus your wind chakra and channel it into your arm, using it to create a massive demon-like claw which extends from your hand. This claw can be used to strike and grab an opponent and as defence, being able to deflect any weapon or attack. Extending the claw carries tremendous force which can devastate anything on it's path without affecting you, which makes it a very powerful and deadly weapon.
