But Obito has an advantage he didn't. Already having both eyes. Unless the Juubi is really that powerful Obito might have a chance controlling it, he controlled Kurama no problem when he was in his teens.

But I think he still has his sharingan.
Anyway, a new dojutsu does sound interesting.

Edit: I would like to see the effect the Juubi has on Obito's abilities as well.
The power boost must be great, I can't wait till they show it off.

The Path of Life and Death takes a lot of the user. When Chakra isn't enough source of energy, the Jutsu uses lifeforce to be fully completed. It makes perfect sense to classify Rinne Tensei as a Kinjutsu.
