Nobody answered what the OP was trying to say, smh.

@OP, if he could use rotation then he would maintain a bit longer than neji for sure because he's an uzumaki (we don't know if we can compare boruto with naruto part 1). What I'm thinking now is that if bolt can do it and has the same feats, chakra wise, as part 1 naruto [without kyuubi] then imagine if he learns sage mode. A walking tank + SM sensing.

The spin in NO WHAT STOP ANYTHING ITS THE CHAKRA so a Hyuga with uzumaki lvl can basically just emit chakra to and stop any objections

Kidomaru already showed multiple weaknesses to the Rotation. It can't be maintained forever, so continuous attacks will get through. If you prevent the user from rotation, it cannot be used.

and how did we come to this conclusion
1st that's not how genes work dominant genes beat Recessive genes

2. The byk can be awakened just like the Sharingan can if you are under enough stress

Himwari is the one who's awakened the Byakugan, which is needed for Hyuuga techniques. Boruto may awaken it if new canon material is released, but right now Boruto's Byakugan is fanfiction. Learning Gentle fist techniques without the Byakugan is, if not impossible, completely ineffective; he'd be better off with Rasengan or other jutsu.

As to what percent "Uzumaki" either of their genes are, I suppose that's open for speculation. Boruto's chakra reserves appear to be lower than Naruto's were at his age, even without Kurama in the equation. To me, Boruto is more of a Minato/Sasuke type, even if he learns Naruto's techniques.

that is false again the Hyuga have two kkg one is the see the second have control all there chakra points so bolt can use the rotation and the one art body blow along with airplam

I mean in the sense of the Uzumaki genes. Like you know how they all have, in the lateral sense, high chakra reserves compared to the standard shinobi? Naruto in particular inherited strong chakras from his mother, who was sent to become the Kyuubi host because of that especially. It was even stated that he had something similar, which is why more or less he could stabilize the kyuubi chakra on his skin, and still survive.

I would assume his children inherited that strong chakra too, considering they are both Uzumaki from the same ancestor (Kushina). And you know the normal strong bodies Uzumaki have, and lifespan. Some of these you can't literally differentiate because it's not something you can see, but it should be somewhat obvious, like how most Uchiha's have potent chakra.

I don't think a comparison with Uchihas when an Uchiha child will inherit potent chakra from both father and mother. Himawari's mother is a Hyuga, different from her father, Uzumaki.

Yes, you can assume his children possess the Uzumaki chakra and life force. I've already said that it is open for assumption. It entirely depends on what genes became dominant in Himawari. Judging from her Byakugan activation, it seems that Hinata's genes had more effect. But we still can't determine what percentage of each parent's chakra did she inherit.
