If an uchiha does live a life of no trauma and heavy sadness would they be super strong?

No butt hurtness=no dojutsu

No dojutsu=no exclusive powers

OT; not necessarily that an uchiha who doesnt experience dark and twisted emotion would be considered as weak. we only understand the sharingan from one perspective so maybe thier is more that meets the eye

Not necessarily. Depends on how and what they train in. There's nothing that states an Uchiha is only limited to doujutsu in order to get stronger.

You could have an Uchiha who is a master of the 8IG for example. Or one with enough chakra to become a Jin(might not be the best thing depending on their disposition)

All uchiha without sharingan have the spiritual energy (genjutsu potential ) and chakra(to learn multiple types of ninjutsu ) of the sage. They also excel in bukijutsu (weapons etc). So yes they're elite whether people acknowlwdge it or not.

Uchihas powers sprout when one feels either disappointment in oneself or death of a loved one. So death doesn't have to be necessary but it is quicker. Being temporarily disappointed in yourself doesn't exclude you from happiness moments later.

That's an interesting point, and something I wondered myself. Madara, Shisui, Itachi, Sasuke, Obito, Fugaku, Izuna, Indra, the strongest and most notable Uchiha members all experienced severe emotional trauma in their lives due to various events, most often the death of a loved one or friend. There really isn't a single example of exceptional sharingan users who did not experience this trauma. Tobirama's explanation of the uchiha's curse of hatred was spot on with explaining how the sharingan develops through emotional suffering. The uchiha really are a cursed clan.
