Yaoi is generally targeted towards females, so not sure what you mean by Yaoi "for guys". If you want to read something without smut and romance/drama like you asked, feel free to check out the Shounen-Ai genre.

I dunno what you mean by PG, but virtually every yaoi has a lovey-dovey element to its romance that you don't see in straight or yuri series (more mouth-to-mouth and stuff like that), so I'm assuming that's what you're wanting to avoid. And technically, any yaoi can be for guys if they're open-minded enough.
