If you don't mind around 250 MB of each ep then type DBNL One Piece in google and you should get it on nyaa.eu torrents. DBNL folks have done eps 1 - 205 of One Piece in Dual Audio in pretty good quality. Cannon eps are worth 40.4 GB. I downloaded them in 2 weeks. In fact I finished downloading it on 5th Oct i.e. 4 days ago. For eps 207 - 260 in 720p dual audio HWE is good. Just google HWE One Piece. They have done only eps 207 - 260 but the size of their eps is huge. The size of canon eps done by HWE is 19.6 GB. For 261 - 309 you have Kaizoku Fansubs. And for remaining you can download them from a huge collection of One Piece.

Type the following in google and you should get the links on torrent sites. I think you should only download eps 310 + from this and for eps 1 to 309 download them from the other sources I have mentioned above. So here's the collection name -

For eps 558 to current use yibis fansubs.... =D =D
