Gaara killed so many people,and he is a kage now,don't see anyone thinking he is "evil". If you can really define what is evil in the first place. Yeah ,he wasn't always doing the right things,but he had a reason for his hate and actions because of it. But it was shown from the start that he in his own way cares for people,and doesn't needlessly kill like other villains in this manga do,if he was a villain in the first place.

Sasuke & Orochimaru were afraid of Hashirama I think.. Plus Tobirama could sense them ..
but Sasuke definitely isn't totally evil anymore ...

have been involved with the Uchiha and the attacks on Konoha that lead back to the Uchiha hatred..
The Fox was always involved somewhere in the Uchiha vs Leaf situation .. and this time Naruto is the jinchuriki of the fox.
Sasuke is basically doing this for Itachi in his own way.. by destroying the jinchuriki & becoming Hokage.
