Bringer of Darkness or Demonic Illusion: Steaming Multistoried Building

Not your typical thread VS thread that you find around these parts. Just wanted to know what you guys thought of this.

So basically this would mostly be left up to speculation but since kakashi and Danzo are the wielders of the sharingan but aren't natural weilders, can they get out alive?




Intel: None

Scenario 1: 3T Kakashi is caught under bringer of darkness. Does he get out or get neg diff'd?

Scenario 2: 3T Kakashi is caught under Demonic Illusion: Steaming Multistoried Building. Does he have clam chowder for dinner or does he get toyed around with by the 2nd Mizukage before he dies?

Scenario 3&4: Danzo (broke Sauce's genjutsu) is put under the same scenarios.

Scenario 5&6: Just for kicks I'll throw in Kurenai to be in the same scenarios.


Keep in mind that

Bringer of Darkness:
The third hokage couldn't even dispel bringer of darkness until he managed to seal the 1st and 2nd hokage. If the third went against a blood lusted enemy such as 4th raikage vs sauce he would have had his head snapped off during the fight between them if this jutsu was casted.


Demonic Illusion: Steaming Multistoried Building:
Even with knowledge 2 kage and hundreds of shinobi, they were finally able to dispel the genjutsu after multiple casualties and injuries.

Bringer of Darkness is A-rank genjutsu
and
Demonic Illusion: Steaming Multistoried Building is B-rank genjutsu

Kakashi brought free out of other A-rank genjutsus like Nehan Shouja no Jutsu so its safe to assume that he is able to break out of both genjutsus.
Even Guy and part 1 Sakura were able to cancel an A-rank genjutsu.
I can't give you a straight answer, but in my opinion Danzo and Kakashi are very good in genjutsu and are able to dispel them.

Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses."

Therefore they would have to rely on their other senses to break free of the jutsu. Although, maybe because they are wielders of the sharingan they might be able to break it without needing to land attacks on their opponent like the 3rd hokage. At least, I assume. Not much is known about these high level genjutsu which really sucks, as they are only shown once or twice throughout the series.


The other one however. I could see them breaking it with ease, then again I can't. Its only a B rank genjutsu yet, it took 2 kage and hundreds of other shinobi to break it? I don't know, seems like it should have been ranked higher. That's why I made the thread to see what people think of these situations.

Kakashi have good senses + a 3T Sharingan and a 4 in genjutsu so i see no problem of breaking out of both jutsus, but like you said we won't know it 100%.
Yeah it really sucks that Kishi wasted so much potential the Story offers and some things really a paradox like the thing with the clam and the alliance, part 1 sakura canceled the A-rank genjutsu of Kabuto, but no jonin of the shinobi alliance was able to release the B-rank Genjutsu of jokiboy, its a shame.

Genjutsus in general only really were shown in reference to the uchihas, so it was cool to see some from other shinobis who don't have sharingans, but there were still not many.

Kakashi for example got a 4 in genjutsu and only showed D-rank ones at the beginning of part 1, later he immobilized 2 anbu root members with his sharingan illusion, but that was boring.
Against obito he used also standard 3T genjutsus, but we already see that in the itachi vs sasuke fight.

Kishi could have shown a few more in reference to kurenai, but he passed over her mid part 1 and she lost her relevance.
Like i said such a good manga and so much wasted potential
