sorry but with 100 hashirama out there in battle and has senjutsu to sense every thing coming to them + hundred of clones and the entire world forest, i double any genjutsu can be casted. Since mokuton user's feat is to merge with their tree, earth, stone... and then send their clones into battle...

flower tree world doesnt one shot anything as amaterasu spam gets rid of the pollens. ps is needed to match hashiramas mokujin you mean, no evidence the other senju mokuton would be on his level, ss is restricted. kamui from multiple users one shots sections of the senju army. with multiple uses of KA, basically uchihas can turn many senjus against themselves and tilt the battle massively in their favour. it doesnt need eye contact so defending againnst it is impossible

by the time they go blind or weakned, many of the senjus would have been dead so it doesnt matter.

Now lets say 100 senju vs 100 uchiha, then to have ms, some body from uchiha must die and then to have ems then half of them must die.
So in the end 100 senju with mokuton vs 50 ems uchiha (not to mention they have to find 50 kyubii :lol)

This is basically what it is. Hashirama was Ashura's Transmigrant, so it makes sense why his usage of Mokuton would surpass any of the Senju's. I'm still more inclined to think that the Senju win this seeing as how I believe that majority of the Uchihas during Madara's time had the Mangekyo and yet could barely rival the Senju who obviously didn't have Mokuton other than Hashirama.
