As we have seen, A full Kamui is faster than Rikudo Madara's attacks, which were faster than Kamui.
Kamui with one eye itself is a insanely fast jutsu as we seen when Obito almost instantly warped Sasuke in mid Dust release, which is also rather fast.
if he can move at speeds faster than Madara' spheres, then it can be said that he would Kamui so fast, Itachi wouldnt even notice, or even possibly Kamui snipe Itachi. Since Obito is proficient with his Kamui, it is safe to say he would be with both. It wouldnt have to be a vital hit, could be an arm,leg, part of torso..And with his senju DNA, which further boosts Kamui's power...damn.
Amaterasu holds no merit against Obito, Tostuka can be evaded by Kamui, Can run straight through Yata Shield, Obito's firestyle stomps Itachi's. Itachi's ONLY hope of victory is his MS genjutsu, Tsukoyomi. But as we seen MS overuse in a battle can lead to strain, and exhaustion as we saw with Sasuke. Obito isnt exhausting with Senju DNA.
Also, Obito has full intel on Itachi, whereas Itachi has NONE on Obito. Itachi wouldnt be able to comprehend Kamui, and would be thinking the same thing everyone else did, that Obito somehow "slips" through. Kakashi was only able to make that connectiong cuz he too has Kamui
