Well ,I thought is is just S/T match as usual but even then sasuke would still win ,I forgot that sasuke can teleport at something that isnt in his sight line like he did against kinshiki (which is kinda weird!) Which means sasuke can use Ameno to evade minato's FTG blitz and attack minato with the same ameno .
If this is BM Minatovs tagged Rin Sasuke ,it would either end with TTB teleported at Sasuke or with Sasuke's PS teleporting at BM avatar and destroying it with a slash or chidori .

I agree with you if Sasuke is allowed to use Ameno full potential He can solo anyone just with that except Naruto, Kaguya and JJ Obito and JJ Madara (Those 2 cant react to attack that comes after Ameno, but they can regenerate damage that was done or in madara case avoid damage with Limbo substitusion)

Juubidara (Pre-Shinju) was placed in a similar situation that Sasuke is here and yet he still blitzed the f#ck out of SM Minato. This is Base Minato and Rikudou Sasuke > Juubidara (Pre-Shinju), so Sasuke negs.
