Man this chapter was too good to me, not only featuring my favourite characters (Kabuto, Lee/Guy, Obito, Suigetsu) but also because Kishi's writing for character is top-notch to me.
Kabuto
Bringing Kabuto back is such a risky move because his character arc has to be concluded well to make it worth bringing him back at all, and within all this commotion i'm glad his characters being handled maturely. Briefly, but maturely. Healing Sasuke to repay his debt to Itachi but he hasn't become a senseless Itachi fanboy and he hasn't gone straight back to Orochimaru's side...but instead he's taking his life into his own hands and I love him for it.
He is very much his own character now and...he still has Oro's DNA? Does that still give him some amount of DSM? My theory on the Hashirama DNA was right too by the way as was Karin's obvious red herring a while back. It was done a tiny bit clumsily at first but they were holding back on it for so long i'm just glad we have Kabuto back. The crazies almost convinced me that it was Jiraiya....This was clearly always meant to happen.
(oh also and this page made me pee, my favourite knew who my 2nd favourite was aaaaa)

Minato
Even Minato in this chapter impressed me! Even Minato. Now that the hype-fest 10 Tails Revival Arc is over, i'm actually starting to warm to Minato? Kishi has dumped him as his anime boyfriend and moved onto Madara meaning that there's no longer any baseless hype or smug painful to read fighting style...he's become a real character. He's aware of his current faults and isn't trying to solo everything by himself.

He's not as big-headed as he was shown to be in the previous arc and him not currently being very effective but trying anyway is such a good move dramatically AND for the character. It's like Itachi, I only disliked him until I saw that he wasn't the boring god robot everyone made him out to be, he made jokes and really resented himself- he wasn't smug about anything he had done, and i'm getting a similar reaction to Minato. Don't go calling me a fanboy just yet I still find him bland but yet again proof that a fanbase CAN ruin an entire character for you.
But the chapter clearly belongs to this man. Talk about a cool panel.

Great work Kishi, a smaller chapter in scale to usual but a necessary one. Great character usage and writing, everyones still in character and this final arc keeps getting better and better. Even if it hasn't got the villain I was hoping it's REALLY entertaining and Kishi's got me hooked again. If this keeps up I might even end up liking every single character :')
