Now it's just that scroll that everyone is curios about, but anyway when it come to a pure destruction power and intelligence in the battlefield Tobi and Madara are ahead of him.
He even cooperate with his target- Sasuke...
Orochimaru is stubborn and can survive for long but he never give a hard time to a sharringan user in the past, it's just ridiculous... while some of other characters did it so i can't understand his powers at all, nothing that special about his jutsu, just the edo mostly and that replace jutsu really.
His like a fodder right now with a big name... I can't put him any closer to the prime evil no matter from how long he's in it.
His just more a name than actions and can't rule the 5 nations... :/

Oro is definately underrated. I really don't think we have seen his full potential yet. Since every fight he has been involved in, he has either been holding back to toy with his opponent, or he was sick so he couldn't go all out.
