[Spoilers] A few things

So clearly Kishi is leading into a couple of things; giving us subtle things, leading into an ultimate finale.

Obito is being brought back into play. As with Kakashi, Naruto is going to heal him, return to him both eyes, and Obito will gain full power over his MS. With this power he can probably bring everyone from dimension to dimension.

Each dimension appears to have a castle. This may play a role in her dimension ability. I think, that with Sasake free from battle he will do one of two things. Enter the sand castle (haha) and find information on Kayuga's life and death and/or find Hamura. I believe it is a bit of both. Hagomaro never said his brother was dead by any means. It's a long shot, but perhaps Hamura got trapped in the sand dimension after the battle with their mother he was unable to escape.

I think Naruto's main dimension is one Kayuga created using all of the separate dimensions. By taking pieces from each, she created their world. That said, I feel like there must be some sort of castle on earth. What do you think it is? Turtle island castle. When Kayuga created the world she created the shinsu the first (plantlife) and the turtle island turtle (the first animallife).

I dont exactly know if all the eyes will be accounted for. I don't know that naruto can return eyes but that'd be interesting if that was the case

I think Naruto has the ability to heal and it could possibly heal Obito and since he is a pure Uchiha maybe his Sharingan could return. As far as all the worlds I think she's doing that with the limitless amount of chakra she has she can create any dimension and elemental chakra is the basis. I doubt it has anything to do with where she is from originally. Her character reminds me of a old Japanese legend about a woman that washed up in a sphere in the beaches of japan and she apparently had her lovers head in a box. Supposedly she was the one that taught the people ho to write and formed the language they speak now. Its interesting none the less
