Does anyone think this scan may have something to do with Sarada's origins?

Could this be why Sarada's feels a "warmth" or a connection to Naruto?

Where does that leave Karin in all this?

I understand if you completely disagree, just a thought.

Has nothing to do with Sarada. Naruto has been simply comforting/counseling her through her whole ordeal. Karin is yet to speak about it and Sasuke has yet to confirm this to be true.
